Cockfosters Road, EN4

Contiguous piled reinforced concrete basement and 3 storey RC Frame construction for 11 luxury on Cockfosters Road, EN4. The project utilised a dual system waterproofing strategy consisting of GDA’s Actitex sodium bentonite membrane to the external face of the basement slab and walls in conjunction with Triton watertight concrete. This negated the requirement for an internal drained cavity membrane and subsequent on-going pump maintenance and associated costs.
